2 CCM Consultants

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implementation of CCM solutions, with a primary focus on Quadient Inspire, but also on other CCM tools ENIT are working with.
  • Development, configuration, and maintenance of communication templates (letters, emails, digital communications)
  • Integration between CCM platforms and surrounding systems
  • Requirements gathering and advisory support related to customer communications
  • Ensure quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaboration with clients, project managers, and technical teams
  • What We're Looking For

    Technical Skills
  • Proven experience working with Quadient Inspire
  • Experience with other CCM tools such as OpenText Exstream, SmartCOMM or similar is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) concepts
  • Understanding of document flows, template management, and data-driven communications
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Experience working as a consultant is highly valued

    What You’ll Do


    We're looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with 5+ years of experience who can drive JavaScript/TypeScript work and is open to backend Node.js development when needed. You'll play a key role in maintaining our product suite for customer communication and integration solutions, working with modern technologies while keeping security and solid architectural design at the forefront.


  • Maintain and develop our product suite for customer communication and integration solutions
  • Drive JavaScript/TypeScript development and lead technical implementation
  • Write Node.js backend code when projects require it (we'll support your growth in backend development)
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement secure, scalable solutions
  • Apply best practices in security throughout the development lifecycle
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape our technical direction
  • Mentor team members and actively share knowledge and experience

    What You’ll Do

    As Account Manager at ENIT, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding existing client relationships across several industry verticals. You will report directly to ENIT’s Head of Sales, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Driving lead generation and revenue from assigned existing accounts
  • Focusing on sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Health and Utilities
  • Collaborating with our partners, including OpenText, Quadient, and Smart Communications, to generate and close joint opportunities
  • Working closely with our Professional Services team to support existing customers with the delivery of value-adding solutions and services. We walk the talk!
  • Working with the marketing team to execute and optimize demand generation campaigns and events
  • Who You Are

    We believe you are a self-starter with a passion for delivering value to clients and a proven ability to drive consultative, solution-oriented sales. You likely bring:

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications using Java, Javascript, NodeJS, and Test Automation skills. The candidate must be experienced in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) skills, and must be able to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect complex software applications
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable code
  • Implement user-friendly and responsive web interfaces
  • Create and maintain RESTful APIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and system scalability
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality and reliability

    Requirements:
